Terms and Conditions: Freeze-drying is a state of the art technology used to preserve your special occasion flowers. Flowers must be fresh upon arrival. We cannot correct any wilting, browning or bruising; no exceptions. Payment in full is due when we receive your flowers. If you decide to have your flowers framed, payment for that is required before we begin framing. Some flowers will undergo color changes and we offer no guarantees for this. Flowers that experience wear or damage prior to our receiving of them, or flowers that do not preserve well, may require replacement with other freeze-dried flowers. Foliage and flowers that do not freeze- dry well can be replaced with silks (replacements and silks are an additional cost). We are not responsible for flowers that are destroyed from power outages, storms, bug infestation or acts of God & nature. Absolutely no refunds will be given once flowers have dried and/or leave our shop. Due to limited space, we request that all finished products be picked up within 2 weeks of notification of completion. Flowers or displays that are not picked up, or you have not contacted Lasting Floral Designs, LLC within 40 days, will be considered abandoned and become the property of Lasting Floral Designs, LLC. It is your responsibility to arrange to have the flowers delivered to us. (We do not pick-up or deliver flowers or displays). Displays and frames are custom made for your design and are nonrefundable. Please allow 8-12 weeks for your flowers to be completed.
